Naomi’s Haven is an all-inclusive shared housing option, where we are redefining what it means to “age in place”. We work to support senior homeowners looking to share their homes to create safe, affordable, mutually beneficial living solutions to other older adults.
Home provider: Adults aged 55 and over with spare bedrooms are eligible for the program. Other home providers may contact us for approval on a case by case basis.
Home seeker: Adults aged 55 and over. Other home seekers may contact us for approval on a case-by-case basis.
The duration of the homeshare arrangement can vary depending on the needs of both the home provider and home seeker. We typically require a minimum 90 days.
